Offers & Promotions Terms

We run different offers throughout the year: bundles, gifts, discount codes, free shipping and seasonal sales. This page explains the rules that apply to all of them, so you always know what you're getting.

The offer shown at checkout is the one that applies

  • Offers, bundle prices, gifts and free-shipping thresholds change over time and can vary by country.
  • The offer that applies to your order is the one shown on our website and in your cart at checkout when you place it.
  • We can't apply a new offer to an order that has already been placed, or honour an offer that has ended.
  • We may change or end any offer at any time. This never affects orders already placed.

Discount codes

  • Unless an offer says otherwise, only one discount code can be used per order, and codes can't be combined with bundle pricing or other promotions.
  • Codes have no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash, and may be limited to one use per customer.
  • Codes shared publicly without our permission, or obtained in breach of these terms, may be cancelled.

Free gifts

  • Free gifts are available while supplies last. If a gift runs out, we may replace it with one of equal or greater value.
  • Gifts have no cash value and can't be exchanged or refunded.
  • If you return part of an order so that it no longer qualifies for a gift or discount, we may deduct the value of that gift or discount from your refund.

Free shipping

The minimum order value for free shipping may change with seasonal promotions. The current threshold is shown on our website and applied automatically at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.

Subscriptions and introductory offers

  • Introductory offers, discount codes and gifts apply to the order they were used on, unless the offer clearly says it also applies to future deliveries.
  • Subscription renewals are charged at the subscription price shown at checkout and in your customer portal. See our Subscription Policy.

Promotional gift cards and store credit

Gift cards or store credit given to you for free as part of a promotion have no cash value, can't be resold, may be limited to one per customer and may expire on the date stated in the offer. Gift cards you buy are not affected by this section.

Pricing errors and fair use

  • If an offer or price is shown in error, we may cancel affected orders and refund you in full.
  • We may limit or cancel orders that misuse promotions, for example through multiple accounts, automated ordering or resale.
