Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK)

This page applies to consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom. A consumer is anyone buying for purposes mainly outside their trade, business or profession. These rights are in addition to our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Your right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you name other than the carrier, receive the goods. If you ordered several items delivered separately, it ends 14 days after you receive the last one. For subscriptions, the period runs from receipt of your first delivery.

To exercise it, tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw, for example by email to help@skinklean.co, before the period expires. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to. Please include your order number.

Exception for sealed products

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery. Each SkinKlean mask comes in its own sealed sachet: once a sachet has been opened, that mask can't be returned under this right. Sachets that are still sealed can be returned, and we'll refund them proportionally.

Effects of withdrawal

  • We'll refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (not any extra cost if you chose a more expensive delivery option), within 14 days of the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
  • We'll use the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.
  • We may withhold the refund until we've received the goods back or you've given proof that you sent them, whichever is earlier.
  • Please send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you're withdrawing. We'll give you the return address. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • You're only liable for any reduced value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what's needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
