Return & Refund Policy

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Return the item you have

  2. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason.

Items must still meet these conditions:

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping Cost

Customers will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs which includes our 90 day money back guarantee program to our US warehouse. The original shipping costs for the order are non-refundable. 

Please note that Skinklean will not be responsible for returned packages until it has been delivered and received by us.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge restocking fee.

Subscriptions

All subscriptions are applicable to our regular terms of uses as well as return and shipping policy. To cancel a subscription, you must do so before the subscription date by emailing our customer service team at help@skinklean.co with your order number and a request to cancel subscription. Cancellations MUST be completed prior your payment method being charged. If requested after renewal date, the shipment will still be shipped out. However, we will be able to cancel the future orders. For any further questions or concerns, please email our customer service team. 

Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected and let you know whether the refund is approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received the refund, contact us at help@skinklean.co.
